This is the final report of the diver-based density surveys of the eelgrass monitoring component of the Eelgrass Restoration and Biological Resources Implementation Work Plan, a multi-year eelgrass monitoring program for the Brightwater outfall project. This report provides methods and results for the dive survey conducted during the third pre-construction monitoring event, which occurred April 21 and 22, 2008. Background information on previous eelgrass surveys is also presented.
